今日經過大埔, 晚飯想食個飽飽,見到肉餅哥就衝咗入去, 因為已經唔係第一食肉餅哥,知道個份量好足一定夠飽,😉😉食咗咁多次都未試過佢嘅鵝肝肉餅飯,今次就試下, 原來佢個鵝肝有兩種煮法, 一種係香煎, 香煎出嚟嘅鵝肝肉質嫩滑,外脆內嫩入口即溶, 另外一種應該係煮熟後再煎, 肉質比較結實,但係鵝肝味比較出,肉質有少少粉粉地,都算唔錯。香煎花膠肉餅飯,香煎肉餅上枱已經好香, 最吸引嘅係沐滿喺肉餅面既花膠汁同大大塊花膠😁😁
