To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晚睇完煙花再去朋友屋企打幾圈,起身都好晏,行過永年士多就買碗麵返屋企食,今次點咗碗豬皮、豬紅、豬腸米粉,大辣,湯分開上,費事浸到淋哂。返到屋企,碗麵同碗湯都仲好熱,大辣嘅辣醬就係咁放喺碗麵上面。倒碗湯落去,攪勻之後就開始勁辣之旅。初初食嗰時唔係咁辣,不過食多兩啖啲辣就嚟料。平時食得好辣嘅我都差唔多要投降,不過都挨到食晒。嗰3樣餸都好入味,難得豬紅咬落去都入面都入到味,豬腸肥膏都唔係太多,唔係咁食得辣咁朋友就要諗吓叫乜嘢辣。
