尋晚睇完煙花再去朋友屋企打幾圈,起身都好晏,行過永年士多就買碗麵返屋企食,今次點咗碗豬皮、豬紅、豬腸米粉,大辣,湯分開上,費事浸到淋哂。返到屋企,碗麵同碗湯都仲好熱,大辣嘅辣醬就係咁放喺碗麵上面。倒碗湯落去,攪勻之後就開始勁辣之旅。初初食嗰時唔係咁辣,不過食多兩啖啲辣就嚟料。平時食得好辣嘅我都差唔多要投降,不過都挨到食晒。嗰3樣餸都好入味,難得豬紅咬落去都入面都入到味,豬腸肥膏都唔係太多,唔係咁食得辣咁朋友就要諗吓叫乜嘢辣。
