To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天虹海鮮酒家簡直係南丫島索罟灣嘅landmark,老公一直都好想試,於是就喺平日攞日假,享受一個寧靜嘅南丫島之旅。因為都打算去天虹食飯,所以預先已經預約咗天虹專線,由尖沙咀碼頭上船出發,直達南丫島索罟灣。雖然係平日,但都不乏捧場客,所以都有各式各樣嘅海鮮擠滿每一個魚缸。枱上已經預先放有調味醬,食過覺得好味嘅仲可以即場選購。我哋叫咗個二人餐,首先係牛油焗龍蝦,龍蝦嘅size唔算好大,但肉質仍然新鮮彈牙,仲有好多蝦膏,用牛油煮過之後特別香濃惹味。椒鹽賴尿蝦王都幾大隻,比我嘅手掌還要大,而且炸得香脆,基本上連殼都可以食埋。賴尿蝦肉唔算多但係就好鮮味,再加埋炸得脆脆嘅蝦殼簡直係絕配。之後就輪到食鮑魚,其實只係簡簡單單加咗陳皮、蔥絲清蒸,再淋上豉油,都已經夠晒味,鮑魚就夠新鮮彈牙!粉絲蒜蓉蒸扇貝就比較遜色啲,扇貝比較乾身,而且蒸到有點縮水,味道就尚可。炒菜好多蒜蓉。炒飯有兩隻大蝦,然後就係叉燒、炒蛋同埋大量蔥花, 唔食蔥嘅朋友記得要走葱。呢度有得叫椰青,坐喺海邊飲住椰青都幾爽!最後仲有甜品,係每人兩粒雪米滋🍦今日終於一償老公嘅心願,嚟到南丫島天虹食海鮮餐,始終呢度係做遊客生意,我覺得價錢都比較貴

今日終於一償老公嘅心願,嚟到南丫島天虹食海鮮餐,始終呢度係做遊客生意,我覺得價錢都比較貴,不過佢包埋免費船俾食客來回市區至南丫島,要營運一艘船成本都高,所以只能夠說一句:「羊毛出在羊身上」啦!
