最近有唔少新餐廳進駐將軍澳日出康城商場The LOHAS,今晚特登約埋同事一齊去試新開業既「京滬佳餚」。主打新派摩登京滬菜,裝潢時尚,環境寬敞,更設露天用餐區。招牌小籠包外皮厚薄適中,皺褶工整,肉餡以新鮮豬肉製,鮮甜多汁,咬落有充盈湯汁,肉味香濃。北京填鴨三食半隻京滬酥烤填鴨,以西式蒸烤風爐燜烤製成,烤得酥脆金黃,表皮香酥鬆化,皮下脂肪少,油膩感不重;鴨肉嫩滑多汁,火候控制得剛好。配以八款配料,夾埋柔軟荷葉餅一齊食,包括蒜蓉、青瓜、京蔥、填鴨醬、心內美、哈密瓜、白糖及山楂糕,食落好有層次感,勁滿足。雲吞鴨肉湯湯頭鮮甜呈奶白色,鴨肉滑嫩,雲吞潤滑有彈性。京醬涼瓜炆鴨架鴨架肥而不膩,涼瓜甘甜厚身,燜煮醬汁夠哂惹味。脆皮牛肋骨條牛肋肉份量十足,伴碟更有原條牛骨,賣相相當吸引。牛肋肉外層香脆帶甜味,咬落啖啖肉,牛味香濃,口感又香又脆,好有驚喜!蘿蔔絲酥餅好精緻既賣相,外酥內軟,蘿蔔絲夠哂清甜,香酥可口,味道同口感都好豐富。柚子冰茶清香可口,清凉解渴。冰糖葫蘆烏龍茶混合柚子梳打、烏龍茶、冰糖、山楂等,酸酸甜甜,醒神又開胃。
