在上水可以食潮州打冷嘅小店唔多,收工見到呢間新開嘅就叫咗以下幾款外賣試吓:- 紅腸墨魚加豆腐墊底- 掌翼鵝腸配大豆芽-滷水鵝例牌整體味道比較清淡,但師傅刀工呢…紅腸墨魚切得好薄,可以考慮斜切會睇落大片啲,掌翼係斬得比較碎方便進食,滷水鵝斬件但係全部連住…比較大問題係墨魚、掌翼同滷水鵝肉質煙韌,咀嚼費勁呢點真係希望可以改善…另外,落單時6點45左右,店內3檯客但等外賣要等半個鐘,真係唔知點解
