上個星期食完烤肉之後即刻生咗幾粒瘡瘡,呢兩日都要忍一忍口,唔好食咁多熱氣肥膩嘢,於是今日就揀咗個泡飯嚟食,貪佢清清哋。呢個冰室海鮮泡飯係令猴子有啲驚喜,因為佢材料十足,食材舖滿一個湯碗,大大隻蝦碌、厚厚嘅魚塊,食材全部打孖上,一啲都唔孤寒。湯飯亦係煮得啱啱好,飯粒唔爛、夠結實,湯底亦清新冇味精,食完唔會口乾。其他材料仲有魷魚、淡菜同金菇等等,全部煮得頗有水準。猴子發覺呢間冰室嘅菜色都係偏向少油少鹽,公司同事叫咗個乾炒牛河,睇得出佢用油嘅份量比一般餐廳少,唔會食到成個嘴都係油,食開濃味嘅人或者會有啲唔慣,不過家陣啲人注重健康,相信呢間冰室只係順應潮流。

猴子發覺呢間冰室嘅菜色都係偏向少油少鹽,公司同事叫咗個乾炒牛河,睇得出佢用油嘅份量比一般餐廳少,唔會食到成個嘴都係油,食開濃味嘅人或者會有啲唔慣,不過家陣啲人注重健康,相信呢間冰室只係順應潮流。
