最近將軍澳中心終於裝修完,所以都會有新餐廳進駐,其中今次係食呢間紫蝶花。去泰國餐廳叫椰青係default飲品。柚子檸檬梳打,唔太甜,飲慣青檸梳打既朋友可以一試海南雞飯就係泰國餐廳一定要叫既,除左隻雞要夠滑之外,油飯都要有雞味先可以稱得上合格。而紫蝶花以上都做到哂,大家一定要試下啦翡翠苗都係一個小清新既菜式,炒得唔油膩又唔咸。馬來咖哩軟殼蟹,隻蟹都幾大份,4個人食就岩岩好,個咖哩都好香濃。呢個炒金邊粉既濕度岩岩好,麵既軟硬度都適中。冬陰公湯唔算太辣,反而蕃茄味最突出,份量4個人都岩岩好。牛油雞冀炸得唔油膩,牛油又唔太重味,不過就好有蒜頭味。叫左青檸焗爐魚,因為要即焗既關系要等15分鐘以上,好在都冇令人失敗,爐魚唔會焗到乾身,反而好多汁,魚肉要連皮食就最好啦,因為調味料都係哂上面。

叫左青檸焗爐魚,因為要即焗既關系要等15分鐘以上,好在都冇令人失敗,爐魚唔會焗到乾身,反而好多汁,魚肉要連皮食就最好啦,因為調味料都係哂上面。
