To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前出咗去藍田做嘢，收工嘅時候極之肚餓，就問客人附近有咩好食？佢介紹咗我上匯景廣場搵食，我咁大個仔都係第一次去呢個商場。。。入面有好多小食嘅舖頭，同埋台式飲品嘅專門店，最後我上咗五樓見到一間食肆寫住自己叫做喇沙專門店，好似好吸引，咁就坐低咗，但係一睇餐牌原來佢有唔同國家嘅美食，包括台式肉燥飯同埋日式烏冬等等。因為太肚餓，最後揀咗個台式雞髀肉燥飯再加杯珍珠奶茶。肉燥飯入面嘅肉燥味道一般，冇乜驚喜，但係肉燥都比較有咬口，唔會切到太碎，至於雞肶可能浸咗喺鹵水汁入面太耐，唔係好夠熱。不過四十幾蚊嘅價錢攞嚟醫肚，都可以接受嘅。
