心情唔太好,想食一餐decent少少嘅晚飯安慰一下自己,同朋友選擇咗去開咗唔算太耐嘅bifteck,去之前覺得最吸引嘅係佢有雪室熟成和牛!喺香港實在好少見!餐包,有趣嘅係佢配搭埋天婦羅海苔同埋一pat好似poopoo嘅物體!(笑)其實佢係用面豉味牛油,食落個味道完全唔衝突,反而全個前菜好夾,十分神奇!(sorry相機食後,其實佢present得好靚嘅!)呢個係Fresh Oyster Three Ways,一個係青蘋果莎莎醬+柚子泡泡(雖然一督落去就無曬xd)配生蠔、一個係和牛他他+生蠔+魚子醬(切碎嘅)、一個係炸蠔。結論係好好食!🤣 我同朋友都覺得生蠔配他他嘅味道最豐富特別~上菜嘅waiter特登介紹,呢個risotto有別於一般用意大利米,反而係用薏米去烹調,配搭龍蝦醬汁同埋龍蝦肉,口感特別,而且食落口無食普通米咁膩口。上面配襯咗A4和牛Carpaccio,同樣十分驚喜和牛味道濃郁,口感軟嫩,係令人感到十分幸福嘅一道菜!去到扒房又點可以唔食牛呢? 本身打算簡簡單單叫個Prime Hanger Steak。本身無特別留意menu,上菜時候waiter話呢道菜原來仲配咗Dry aged

去到扒房又點可以唔食牛呢? 本身打算簡簡單單叫個Prime Hanger Steak。本身無特別留意menu,上菜時候waiter話呢道菜原來仲配咗Dry aged咗15日嘅牛舌。佢仲話牛舌用去dry aged,最後wastage會好多,只會剩低好中間嘅一段仲可以用來serve客,所以十分珍貴,叫我地仔細品嚐!
果然!最後我地都俾呢個牛舌驚艷到!果種軟嫩同埋濃濃嘅牛味令我地內心小尖叫!
當然個hanger steak都好食,佢配搭以牛舌烹調嘅醬汁,濃郁之餘但又唔會搶走主角嘅鮮味,十分出色。

不過,講到全晚最令人難以忘懷嘅,一定係佢嘅甜品!(覺得佢地係被牛扒耽誤嘅甜品店LOL)

一上枱就見到佢仲·冒·緊·煙! 聞到微微嘅焦香味,頓時心諗好彩自己堅決留肚食甜品呀(因為見到佢地話每晚都有駐場甜品師,好似好勁咁lol)!
個丸子食落口,就爆發中焦香,但唔係平時烤焦麵包之類嘅苦,而係香!
本身好怕甜嘅嘢有太「創新」嘅鹹口味,覺得通常都會伏,但呢個雪糕完全顛覆我諗法。個雪糕其實就好似海鹽焦糖咁嘅味道,鹹甜唔會互相搶走,而且質地軟滑,係一個好高質嘅雪糕!

因為上一個甜品太過太過令我地驚喜,呢個作為第二個上嘅甜品,難免會失色少少咁多🤏
不過佢都係一個好好食嘅甜品!最上面嘅芒果雪糕feel到十分真材實料,中間白色嘅原來就係「Kasu」,問過waiter,原來就係成日喺SK II之類嘅護膚品聽到嘅「酒粕」。一食落去朋友就話「真係好sake」,酒味十分濃,好彩無醉xd。

同朋友唔算十分十分餓,所以叫咗一個appetiser,兩個main同埋兩個甜品。結果兩個女仔食剛剛好!

綜括而言,十分推薦大家慶祝紀念日、節日之類去!而且大推甜品
