To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗌咗一個「招牌」海南雞飯同炒金邊粉,一杯熱咖啡同青檸梳打。海南雞飯食太硬,冇椰香,只是普通的黃飯而已,啲雞都係硬,雖然係去骨海南雞,但啲雞肉本身都硬,上枱時仲係雪櫃攞出嚟嗰隻凍。金邊粉先係最出事嘅一樣嘢,粉又太濕,食落口仲有陣怪味,反正不似一般嘅金邊粉。金邊粉入面有圓形的肉乾,雖不知道是不是正宗,但吃下去有點九唔搭八,像錯配一樣。而且金邊粉用嘅醬汁食落好似茄汁咁樣真係十分奇怪。。飲品都仲算正常,但真的不會再幫襯了,食物不好,價錢也不便宜。
