今日黎到觀塘APM附近覓食,估唔到工廈入面都有一間裝地方寛燉敝,裝修別致既日本餐廳。😊😊神木日本料理裝修好有心思,有好幾幅唔同既日本畫作做裝飾,仲有好多唔同既日本元素架。😝😝呢排實咗熱咗好多,我地一坐低就叫咗兩杯野飲。一杯係藍柑乳酸梳打,另一杯係桃園柚子梳打,前都肥酸味突出,後者以清新為主,兩杯都酸酸甜甜,好refreshing。😊😊第一樣上枱既係牛肉他他,牛仔五成熟,主要燒香外皮位置,中間肉質保持粉嫩。牛肉下面鋪滿咗紫洋蔥,略帶辛辣,令味道口感更豐富。中間既生蛋,令牛肉更滑更香,十分唔錯。💕💕之後黎既係特上刺身(6點盛)。每款刺身都有兩片,厚度適中,我自己就最鐘意油甘魚同火炙左口魚邊,油甘魚鮮甜,魚油香氣重。火炙左口魚邊入口有溶化感,經過火燒既魚油香更濃郁。😆😆之後輪到熱食,鍋燒烏冬份量十足,烏冬帶咬勁,加上天婦羅蝦,雞脾肉,以為蟹棒等等既配料,好食又飽肚。另一款係雞味盛,串燒外皮焦香,尤其係雞軟骨,免治雞肉棒同埋雞腎,輕輕用鹽燒已經好好食,加埋串燒翠肉瓜同車喱茄,有啲蔬菜食下,平衡返個油膩感。😆😆
