To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

至愛之一嘅上海菜餐廳「龍川上海料理」十週年，一連四星期推出$10優惠，第一彈係人氣食物「小籠包」。下午茶：花生擔擔麵配雲吞（$42）凍豆漿味道夠哂濃郁，呢啲先係我要嘅擔擔麵。下午茶：上海排骨麵配炸餃（$48）凍菊花蜜炸豬扒雖然不是即炸，但仍外層微脆，肉軟有咬口。小籠包（$10）逢惠顧麵類或飯類（不論係下午茶、午市、晚市），可享用優惠一次，要咗兩籠。無嘢好講，外層軟薄，裡面有湯汁，熱辣辣，好食。祝願繼續有更多的十週年。
