(24-9-2011Sat)朝早空肚做完body check後返荃灣,諗住去黑白飲用埋o個張券,點知11:32am又未開門,今次重要係連半閘都冇拉開,咁食咩o野好呢?食燒鵝瀨啦,去太興,陳記?我硬係對連鎖式燒味店冇乜好感.不如呢間老字號啦,都好耐冇o黎喇.但佢有冇瀨粉o既呢?行到去問問先,師傅話有,咁我即行入去卡位坐低,要個叉鵝瀨,又睇見例湯只係$6.00一碗,就問係咩o野湯?店員答白菜豬骨,好,要一碗啦.好快,例湯到o黎,勺o左好多白菜畀我,之後叉鵝瀨都到o黎,睇個樣好似唔差,食喇!叉燒唔係半肥瘦,有畀啲好味o既燶位我,蜜汁好夠,甜甜地,但雖然係瘦叉燒,肉質仍然鬆口,唔乾硬,唔錯.而燒鵝呢?畀o左下半部o既位置我,唔肥但冇乜肉,而最後o個件更係近pat pat位.燒鵝皮唔脆lu,但肉o既味道OK.瀨粉滑滑,湯唔夠鹹,不過我有例湯,所以呢個都冇所謂,而且我都唔飲呢啲湯o既.例湯呢?味道清清淡淡,冇乜問題.不過o衣o家寫食評至睇到,佢o地o既湯好似十年不變.環境:依然係舊裝修,但冷氣唔夠,秋涼喇,但仍可以食到我出汗.衛生:有烏蠅.上次食評: http://www.openrice.com
