To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美心集團快餐店數數手指己有十年左右冇幫襯。今日上堂前路經，原來裝潢跟以前的大有不同，時尚了。價錢當然上漲不少，冇辨法，百物騰貴！點了雙拼飯，咸香雞和燒鴨套餐，包老火湯，清菜和茗茶。老火湯太鹹，相信有味精調味，不宜多飲。燒鴨淋上了豉油汁，過鹹，但肉質軟腍不錯，肥膏只少許，不太肥膩最適合女士們。反而咸香雞味道剛好，雞肉嫩，皮下還有晶瑩的膠質, 啖啖肉好味。清腸胃的紹莱，爽口。最後一杯中國茶，陣陣香氣，應該是茉莉花茶。久違的一餐，尚可。
