咖哩流心蛋包牛舌飯:個蛋做得好好,外層香,流心部分嫩滑。後悔要左咖哩汁,係好普通的日式咖哩汁,無花心思,總之食返茄汁。入面有汁濕炒飯,牛舌是切了而且軟身。總括而言,主角是蛋。我都係鍾意食以前傳統那種炒到乾身的牛肉飯,個蛋包住,面頭拉o的茄汁,最好就有埋煮得有少少誠意的咖哩汁,起碼落少少洋蔥甚至蒜頭加辣椒增強風味。不過呢個都唔難食,只係我守舊,食慣傳統風味白汁蛋包海鮮飯:我家姐叫的,食左兩啖,好食過我自己那個,只能指定配白汁,但真係好match,入面有o的煙肉,個蛋香過我個好多,仲要配埋白汁,無我個咖哩汁咁行貨,貴o的真係好食好多。最後,我都係對傳統風味情有獨鍾,但竟然無傳統口味揀 damn
