平時茶木就食得多,今次響k11見倒有teawood deleux就去左試下喇一入到去到,感覺好似去左西餐廳咁,入面嘅職員由平時僕素嘅制服變左做西裝,感覺好豪華阿!雖然變左好似西餐廳但依然有台式食品!威士忌乾炒三杯雞,老實說三杯雞真係成日都聽倒啲台灣人講,幾乎去親台灣朋友都會叫,但用嘅都係紹興酒,改左紹興酒做威士忌之後,馬上感覺High class左。三杯雞上枱之後店員會即場點火,有得食之餘,仲有得欣賞點火。唔知係咪因為點左火,三杯雞食落雖然有酒味,但唔會太重,啲雞翼全部都切開左半隻,食落好滑,有酒味之餘又不失雞味。12小時慢煮牛助骨台式手作麵你冇睇錯,真係原條上嫁!因為慢煮,所以牛嘅肉汁鎖得好好,而且一啲都唔韌,肉質好嫩仲好有骨膠原嘅感覺。手作麵嘅麵食落好彈牙,有小小似幼版刀削麵。而個湯底有小小似牛尾羅宋湯加牛肉湯嘅mix,入面有好多蔬菜相當健康,仲帶有好濃牛味。氮氣人蔘烏龍茶,夏天消暑真係一流淡淡嘅人蔘味同烏龍茶真係好襯,除左茶味之餘仲多左份清新,真係好岩夏天飲。西餐廳梗係有酒飲啦,呢杯係維也納的春天,係mocktail黎。五彩繽紛真係好有夏天嘅氣息
