To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港仔元氣壽司日日都好多人等位，今日一早用了手機apps 攞費，所以唔使等太耐！   星期一至星期五，2:30pm至5：30pm,有下午茶供應，價錢由$45 至$58 ，另收加一服務費，可算是很價惠，會員卡還可以儲積分，留待下一次光顧時扣減。   Order 了壽司盛A 及壽司盛E 餐，壽司很新鮮，我最欣賞係元氣獨有的炙燒黑椒三文魚，三文魚肥美配上惹味黑椒，囗感一流，回味無竅！日式蒸蛋，很滑，材料很豐富！蟹子沙律，冇乜特別！牛肉薯餅，味道很好，不過唔夠熱！   幾十蚊嘅價錢，能否享用咁多食物，真係好抵！   下次一定會再來！
