To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情之下,很多約會都打亂了,約了閨蜜見面順便當拜年,今次食餐豪的,唔去飲茶,食雞煲翅在佐敦區,交通方便易去枱與枱之間有隔離牆上中式擺設雞煲翅加20元可以多一碗米線/刀削麵/米粉,我們揀了米線,湯底是药膳雞湯湯多過米線,药味濃郁,更滋補涼拌萵筍調味用蒜泥陳醋和醬油,另一烹調方法,唔會太熟,非常爽口口水尖椒皮蛋食辣就啱口味,我只食了2件,其餘朋友清碟2人份量雞煲翅,火熱上枱,要小心燙手除了有散翅,竟然有驚喜的小排翅,貨真價實,有口感大塊花膠多件,還有惹味金華火腿餚湯,味更鮮甜足份量,半只鮮雞,肉質嫩滑,每人起碼飲到2碗湯,超價錢合理,抵食,最緊要是無味精,唔會口渴
