今午來到油塘,要解決午餐問題,又想坐得舒服坐得耐,想到銀杏館,就在大本型頂層。有幾張户外枱,今天天氣不熱,坐户外最好不過。惠顧午餐都可到自助區,六款沙律。紅腰豆和粟米都是罐頭貨式,但罐頭都有高低之分,這裡用的是較好一種。另外有溫室豆苖,我嫌生食太青和九芽紅珊瑚菜。值得推薦的是小蕃茄,雖然連枝,但細嫩,一併吃也可,爆汁有茄味。還有芽菜沙律,煮熟再調味,清爽。自助飲品,咖啡,白飯溝了紅米,白粥,素湯。素湯清甜,應該下了粟米甘荀煲,我飲了兩碗,吃了兩碟沙律。小菜點了柑桔醬炒排骨。調味清新,排骨用一支排,首先料好,先炆淋再走油,炒醬而成,其次醬好,那會不好?古洞醬油雞。古洞從前有釀制醬油,也不知道現在還有幾間。醬油調得好,色水夠,層次豐富,味濃,雞也浸得好,脾滑胸嫩。稍嫌雞肥欠雞味,但香港食到的雞,多半如此。最不好是生鐵鍋上枱,鐵銹味溶到豉油中。整體而言,午餐146元,味道好又坐得舒服,環境又好,雖然不算大碟,但價錢相宜,又有自助區。服務員一般稍有年紀,但親切又好禮貌,從來覺得這才是社企之道。下次還會再來,希望天氣未熱吧。
