To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相約朋友於上環午餐，有很多小店舊舖選擇，最後選了吃麵，聽說朋友在中學時已經常來吃飯，約下午1時到達，午飯時間門外已有數人排隊，等了約10分鐘。店內裝修還可，舊式但不殘舊，位置不多，但座位還可，所以比較緊密。我們叫了麵餐跟水餃、炸排骨、鯪魚肉腐皮卷賣相普通，麵粗幼適中，不會太冧或太硬水餃份量正常，味道新鮮炸排骨鬆軟，沒雪藏味，不會很乾但可多點水份鯪魚肉腐皮卷由賣相開始吸引，外皮脆身，小彈牙，不錯以價格及份量睇是不錯的午餐選擇
