To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Lunch time 人都算多,等一陣位,叫咗個瑞士雞中翼撈通粉,雪菜肉絲炆鴛鴦米。見到午餐份量都好大碟,本身諗住食撈出前一丁,但係見到撈通粉有推介兩個字又未試過所以就食撈通粉。份量、買相及味道都十分之好,撈通粉個瑞士汁好食,另外個雪菜肉絲炆鴛鴦米,係用咗粉絲同埋米粉,炒野都唔錯,見到隔離枱碟炒飯大碟到嚇親,價錢叫正常,但份量咁大碟都算抵食。另外,熱朱古力要加$3,但夠足濃味。味道:4/5環境/服務:4/5價錢:3/5
