To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六梗係懶懶散散咁過，放假梗係咁架啦 🤭🤭行過多人等位嘅餐廳我哋都走人，嚟到呢度少人啲就等陣啦，等位有嚟亂，無人指示要入餐廳攞飛，好彩問吓等緊位嘅朋友啫。等咗陣有位，睇定咗食乜所以好快落單，我叫咗個三色椒雞肉炒意粉，另一位就叫咗煎豬扒跟意粉。先上南瓜湯，南瓜味唔重，湯夠厚身。三色椒雞肉意粉比較一般，椒嘅份量較少而雞肉又無乜味，反而意粉又 ok wor，煎豬扒夠香口，跟個意粉用茄醬炒，都幾開胃。餐茶叫咗杯咖啡，比我想像好味。
