To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日午市來到要等大概10分鐘才有位,坐下來望下餐牌有乜食先睇見餐牌有個皇牌湯麵-咖喱牛腩湯伊麵好似幾吸引下,價錢只不過39元,於是二話不說揀咗先,再望下另一個餐牌見到有干炒牛河呢個到幾考廚司功架嘅經典炒粉麵,決定叫呢個套餐試下,餐飲要咗凍奶茶,因為外面氣溫太熱好想飲凍飲。首先嚟嘅係佢嘅皇牌湯麵之一嘅咖喱牛腩湯伊麵,咖喱香味唔多夠,但係食到有啲麻辣味,牛腩較細嚿但份量都算多同夠淋,39元算係超值,你去粉麵舖食碗牛腩麵都唔只咁嘅價錢啦!跟住上嘅係呢碟街邊干炒牛河,一上枱就見到有煙冒出,好夠鑊氣,佢最特別之處係佢竟然會有什錦海鮮同臘腸一齊炒,不過啲什錦海鮮冇乜味,反而配菜嘅芽菜仔就夠爽脆,佢用嘅係啲又短又肥嘅芽菜品種,牛肉份量算多,味道都幾好!餐飲凍奶茶就正常水準,甜度適中!總結:兩個人食咗剛好100元,價錢合理,味道唔錯!
