To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近咁啱想食片皮鴨，咁啱搵到呢間餐廳，咁啱見到佢做緊優惠，片皮鴨半價！！！！真係咁啱得咁橋🤣🤣🤣咁當然要叫片皮鴨食啦！嚟到成個賣相都好靚，有葱絲、蜜瓜、青瓜、蘿蔔條4個配菜，餅皮夠薄仲熱，鴨皮同鴨肉嘅份量都好足夠，鴨皮仲要好香脆，鴨肉唔乾，真係食完一舊接一舊🤤叫片皮鴨嘅時候我哋搭埋叫多個二食，叫咗個鴨肉末麥包(二位用)，呢個喺我哋食完片皮鴨之後先上菜，估唔到有驚喜，肉末味道好豐富，襯埋個包好夾，加上包仲熱辣辣，食剩嘅肉末如果用嚟撈飯真係一流🤤小籠包，皮薄多汁，價錢唔貴 值得一試👍🏻仲試埋個金沙蝦球，蝦肉爽口大隻，襯埋個金沙汁都好夾，唔會太咸👍🏻最近餐廳唔同日子仲有唔同優惠，值得回頭 哈哈
