近年石燒牛愈來愈流行,但係因為價錢比較貴,所以一直都唔捨得去試,直到早兩日朋友介紹我黎「都會坊」,呢度既裝飾既懷舊又有少少舊扒房既感覺,最重要係有石燒牛可以試🤤餐廳做緊一個優惠🥰叫一份主食就可以用半價$53試到一份石燒西冷,另外我再加左$20轉套餐,套餐係5選3,可以揀飯/意粉/薯角/餐湯(羅宋湯/忌廉湯)+餐包/餐飲,都幾抵食------1. 石燒吉列牛扒 $108 7/10主角石燒吉列牛🤤上菜既時候會有一個小既石板,服務員話3塊3塊燒會易啲控制火候,燒出黎五成熟岩晒我口味,但係就略嫌吉列外皮較厚,呢度就扣左少少分🙈2. 石燒西冷 $53 7.5/10份量唔馬虎,上菜時牛扒係熱石上發出吱吱聲,非常吸引🥰肉質軟滑,切開時係呈現三成熟,再放卡熱石上燒到岩自己既口味就可以開餐啦,配上蜜糖Wasabi醬,更加刺激味蕾😋3. 蜜桃綠茶 7/10蜜桃味唔太重,唔係好甜,有清爽既感覺,夏天好岩飲👍🏻
