呢間扒房openrice 成日有折,折完價錢好像都ok 就約埋fd 試試選左個 appetizer provoleta $108. melted Provolone cheese with herbs & green olives. cheese 半溶牽絲睇落超吸引,平時出去食,特別係一d 韓國餐廳所謂牽絲cheese 好多食過係得個樣,雖然拉得好長,但完全無芝士味,應該係話無咩味純gimmick. 呢度既Provolone cheese 唔止拉得而且好香cheese 味,帶咸香,贊. 我地直接拉埋係餐前法包一齊食. 推薦比芝士控之前做左功課,知道呢度所有🥩牛扒都係阿根廷LA Pampas省進口,牛全部都係用青草餵飼所以肉質較好且健康. 所以雖然menu 仲有唔少選擇,我同fd 都係選擇鋸扒朋友order 左beef Ribeye Steak $348 (350g)order 左medium, 中間呈嫩紅色,不過一邊好似熟左d 唔係好夠肉汁. 牛肉味好香,特別係邊位更加帶有grilled 過香味,贊. 一邊fries 份量好多,而且頗香脆鋸扒點少得red wine. 朋友order

另外我order 左Beef Tenderloin Steak $345 (350g)
比起ribeye 更喜歡tenderloin steak 呢,肉質口感更加軟嫩juicy, 牛肉味同樣咁足. 呢款選左served with cream potato. 加左cream 煮切片薯仔好香,好食.
當食到有點膩時候再咬啖粟米係幾好配搭. 因為佢個粟米好清甜多汁.
雖然知道steak 應該配red wine,不過個人較喜歡white wine 所以order 左杯Finca La Unoaked Chardonnay $58 呢杯相對就較易入口同比較fresh d. 酒味無Malbec red wine 咁濃,個人蠻喜歡呢種清新d 既winen
最後dessert pancake with caramel custard filling with vanilla ice-cream. pancake 中間係香甜caramel, 略偏甜左d, 但mix 埋香滑vanilla icecream 都唔錯,為呢餐畫上完滿句號
