我地今日黎一間健康既半私房菜館:留家廚房,那就是由私房菜鼻祖劉健威先生開設的留家廚房。堅持不落味精雞粉,幾乎每日到香港仔街市入貨,肉類絕不用雪藏貨,以食材鮮味取勝。餐廳主打手工多的傳統懷舊粵菜~~老闆劉健威~~留家煙燻雞,招牌菜~~先用豉油汁將走地雞浸熟、吊乾,最後置於鑊內,連同玫瑰花一同煙燻。雞肉保持嫩滑,沒有絲毫多餘肥膏,煙燻味跟豉油味互相配合,不會搶去對方的味道,甜中又帶玫瑰花香。淡淡的煙燻香味~好特別呀!五味骨,混合少許薑片、咖喱粉、涼瓜汁、香醋、冰糖醃製。以上五種味道。入口肉質嫩滑,一點都唔軔,容易咀嚼,唔黐呀,好特別的菜。平時我愛甜酸骨,呢個又別有一番風味!

蝦籽柚皮,第一次食柚皮,以為柚皮會係苦架,但一D都唔苦澀,好腍。
五味骨,混合少許薑片、咖喱粉、涼瓜汁、香醋
蒜片牛柳粒,混合蔥段、香蒜片,醬汁好濃,牛肉嫩而多肉汁,
