何超蓮開既牛肉麵店。玖五!! 呢間店位於銅鑼灣但其實佢都唔係銅鑼灣嘅旺區而係近灣仔㗎,所以喺銅鑼灣出口行5至10分鐘左右啦叫咗個紅燒半筋半肉牛肉麵,肉真係好大嚿,而且炆到好淋,啖啖都係入口即溶嘅軟骨, 都幾考功夫!!二牛肉個部份都係炆到好入味好淋紅燒本身餐牌話係辣嘅,但係食落去一啲都唔辣~麵條係比較粗身同埋都比較硬身,所以會好有咬口跟住仲叫咗個豆魚,佢係用腐皮包住蔥同埋芽菜跟住再淋上花生醬,外型好似一條魚咁,所以就叫做豆魚。因為有芽菜所以好脆,而且花生醬都出奇地夾
