吃慣傳統的鳳城酒家,來到鳳城1954,未知是否它的變奏版,就試一試。單見前菜已見跟上潮流,一排三款的爽凍小吃,整齊雅致。皮蛋和青瓜乃小人至愛,一下子被小人掃清光!鳳城名物炸蝦多士,超脆超香,香口界至品!石岐乳鴿面是脆的;惟肉質較為乾身,肉少幸還有汁,不幸中之大幸。這是友人叫的,都不知對不對,大慨是用麵條包著魚肉來炸吧,極之香口,總之好食!甜品部份少不了的西米布甸,依舊是香濃滑集於一身,二個人吃剛剛好。榴槤糯米糍凍冰冰軟綿綿的,激香的榴槤味,加上椰絲,香上加香,本榴槤怪連下兩個!又一新派飲茶好去處!
