To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食左佢地既常餐N咁多次,但係講到食早餐都係第一次。黎呢度食野基本上下面個Menu一眼睇晒,只係需要選擇煎/炒/反蛋同飲乜,同埋落單時「唔駛急,但最緊要快」...是日要左炒蛋。基本上佢同好出名既「澳X牛奶公司」一樣都係用左北海道牛乳去炒。第一口咬落去既時候感覺只係一般,唔知係唔係用既牛乳唔夠,食唔出滑蛋應有既「滑」既感覺,只係俾「翠X」呢D基本貨式好少少。反而比較喜出望外既係舊多士。烘既火路啱啱好唔會over左,雖然一口已經食出係D普通到唔普通既基本茶餐廳貨式,但係感覺到佢地用盡方法令到大路野變得唔大路。茶走方面,茶葉氣味好濃,喺枱面都聞到茶既香味。不過好坦白講同一般茶餐廳飲到既貨式冇乜大分別。最後主角火腿通粉終於黎喇。因為通脹既關係上面D腿已經越來越幼+越來越薄,但係呢個都係其次,最慘係D通粉好似有少少唔係好諗,一開始食果幾啖既時候有少少「Un胃」既感覺。一直去到下半場當D通粉浸係D湯耐少少既時候先叫做好D咁多...總括黎講,雖然有少少退步不過整體都重keep到水準,不過不失。但係如果可以選擇的話我都係prefer「澳牛」多D...
