To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 💁🏻‍♀️老實講,係Openrice見到好多人話呢到好貴,的確有啲標價係真係有啲誇張,我亦都唔太建議喺南丫島咁樣食海鮮😂 去流浮山會更加抵🫣 但無寫價錢,呢點要幫佢澄清番,menu最後係有幾張A4紙寫明價錢,只有少部份係寫時價,係魚缸度都會見到當日嘅價錢🤔 但嚟呢到食一定一定要睇menu價錢,例牌同中size價錢都double架!要嗌清楚‼️

💁🏻‍♀️但用成嗰package嚟計包來回船,我會話係一嗰幾好嘅體驗,真係幾特別🥰 不過順帶一題,如果入得嚟南丫島玩就唔好揀星期三嚟,因為好多舖頭都會無開亦無船去南丫島漁民文化村🤣 文化村有得餵魚,一嚐姜太公釣魚之願者上鉤😂 (無魚勾),見到寵物”龍躉”同埋都幾多打卡位🥰
