To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食午餐時間,一場黎到南丫島,食個海鮮做午餐都好。原先諗住去另一間,不過望下d魚缸,呢到魚缸d海鮮選擇夠多,亦生猛,都係好似呢到吸引點,最後都係選擇黎呢到開餐。有咁多魚缸,循例都出黎睇下食乜好,瀨尿蝦非常活躍,一致都認為係不二之選,扇貝好大隻下,又試試,奄仔蟹,好少食,又叫黎食下,再加多一兩款,三個人,應該都夠飽。大熱天時,少不了叫枝啤酒,亦叫碟魷魚黎送下酒,見餐牌裡頭,吉列魷魚有粒推介星,是日就要吉列唔要椒鹽。吉列魷魚炸粉薄薄,不過鮮魷確實係出色,鮮魷厚身彈牙,唔洗點醬都好好食。不過好食還好食,用黎送酒始終少了椒鹽既惹味,下次還是食返椒鹽好了。辣酒花螺,聞落辣味幾香,不過食落就無咩辣味,酒味亦都唔夠,花螺就叫做唔錯,份量都ok,一大鍋。水準真係一般,令我更想再去花盃食果度既甜酒煮花螺。先黎係瀨尿蝦,咁生猛當然係要鹽水蒸,是日的唔算大隻,不過食落都好鮮味,亦夠哂彈牙,滿意的。市區真係唔係間間做蒸瀨尿蝦,椒鹽都唔係差,不過蒸的確實係更吸引。牛油焗龍蝦,係呢到既名物之一,牛油味強勁,未食都聞到,雖然龍蝦細細隻,不過都可以叫做多肉,牛油雖然強勁,不過無蓋過龍蝦既鮮味,係好味的牛油焗龍蝦。是日的

是日的扇貝真係可為大隻,夠鮮味,粉絲同蒜頭同下得夠重手,份量真係夠哂多,亦夠哂入味,係幾好食,個扇貝真係好唔錯。奄仔蟹,明明叫兩隻,唔知點解黎左一隻,當係少食多滋味,羔未算多,不過蟹肉鮮嫩,係好好味。

坐緊海邊,陽光普照食海鮮,悠悠閒閒咁樣,又真係幾寫意。侍應自言自語,影響唔到我,我都唔理咁多。唔計酒水,每人四舊水,又龍蝦又瀨尿蝦,差不多吧。
