To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想在南丫島吃海鮮,原本想試大興,碰巧店家休息,另一間南江亦正在裝修,唯有去附近的壽記。這間酒家的裝潢有點舊,門口魚缸前有一條糟,裡面的蟹緩慢地爬爬走,就像南丫島給人的感覺一樣優悠。店內魚缸養了超過十種海鮮,龍蝦、鮑魚、花螺、聖子、海中蝦等應有盡有。穿過大廳,外面設有海景位置,望着天色由藍轉黃再轉紫紅,飯前能夠享受片刻醉人的magic moment,是意想不到的收穫。可惜手機不爭氣,拍不出那刻的美。甫入座,店員立刻為我們遞上茶水,並有禮貌的介紹是日抵食海鮮。由於坐在外邊,當有海風吹過,還是有點冷。我們先來一盤招牌薑蛋白炒飯,不過端來的顏色黃黃的,可能是變成了薑蛋炒飯。雖然材料很簡單,但炒飯夠乾身,而且蛋黃的香和生姜的辣非常惹味,吃幾口已經全身暖笠笠。有了飯氣墊底,我們開始吃海鮮嚕。點了兩隻聖子皇,每隻$65。叫做聖子皇,size總不會令人失望,量一量差不多有女士手臂長。清蒸後的聖子肉卷起來,口感又彈又實,因為夠新鮮所以用最平實的蒜蓉粉絲已經非常美味。那個汁,佐飯一流!鲍魚當日應該賣$60/隻,不過因為新手店員報錯價,店長執意減價給我們,變成$50/隻,令我們也有點不好意思。鮑魚尾指長,入

最後端來一碟風沙雞,半隻不過$90,全隻$180,非常抵吃。它其實是炸子雞的變奏,表面鋪滿密密麻麻的脆香蒜粒,令內層的雞肉也滲透了蒜香。雖然是油炸,低因為蒜粒已經瀝乾油份,所以不會很肥膩,最愛當然是雞皮,又脆又有雞油香,就算明知不健康也停不了口。

每次來南丫島,每次都看見不同的面貌,今次在沿路買了許多手作品,一路吃吃喝喝,享受片刻難得的自在。市區的租貴得嚇人,如果可以在南丫島開一個小檔攤,你說有多好。
