To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來以為 "老友粉" 係店名，點知原來係廣西南寧特色米粉。店舖比較細，坐位不多，專賣廣西特色粉麵，同埋小食。- 招牌南寧老友粉味道比較獨特，有少少酸味，偏酸辣，好開胃，比平時食開既麻辣更有風味。老友粉，配料好多，有酸菜，蒜頭，豆豉，番茄，肉片，時菜；如果唔夠可以另加脆皮肉，同埋水餃。- 乾撈炸醬桂林通心米線配料比較簡單，有炸醬，酸菜，花生，時菜，不過撈埋一齊食，就已經好惹味，好好食。通心米線真係好少食，比一般米線粗，中間是空心的，口感偏淋。
