大家都在積極建立黃色經濟圈,這拉麵店在疫情下仍然座無虛席牆上除了貼滿香港人的願望外,還有瘦瘦小姐的水彩畫先來我最喜歡的小龍蝦蟹子沙律,集小龍蝦的鮮味及蟹子的鹹味於一身!入口有少少冰涼,層次豐富餃子外脆內軟,外皮又香又脆,加少許豉油已經十分滋味豚骨湯麵湯底用純豬骨熬足8小時,濃郁足料!上檯師傅會用火槍炙一炙叉燒,十分香口!半熟溏心蛋入味之餘又流心蝦味噌豚骨湯麵味道更提鮮,拉麵被湯底所融入仍然保持煙韌
