平時打邊爐通常都係去旺角、尖沙咀或者銅鑼灣呢D鬧市旺區,所以當聽到今次飯聚既地點係「九龍灣商業區」既時候個心真係離一離呀!不過見朋友大力推薦,於是決定一探龍與鳯!蕃茄排骨鍋 ($118):當晚有六款湯底可以選擇,分別係「清湯牛腩鍋」、「招牌鴛鴦鍋」、「蕃茄排骨鍋」、「秘製沙茶鍋」、「香茜皮蛋鍋」及「清湯鍋」。正當我地犹豫之際,侍應們推介我地試下呢個湯底。果然冇介紹錯!一上枱既時候已見配料十足,不過用作調味既茄膏似乎重手左少少,令到湯底既感覺有D artificial,幸好蕃茄同排骨等等既配料非常之足,整體感覺俾想像中好!炸千層腐皮 ($68):即叫即炸,口感一流!建議可以將剛炸起既腐皮放喺湯裹面輕灼約三十秒左右,令表面鬆化既腐皮裹面吸滿濃濃既蕃茄湯,半軟半脆既口感層次十足!手切肥牛 ($328):第一個感覺係「嘩咁大碟既,兩個人點食晒!」雪花比例可以話係perfect,肥瘦比例剛剛好,坦白講三百幾蚊呢個價錢唔算平,但「性價比」極高絕對物有所值!四寶丸 ($98):四寶丸分別係「鮮蝦丸」、「墨魚丸」、「黑椒牛丸」同埋「鮮肉丸」。上枱時既presentation唔錯,整整齊齊既排列令到丸
