To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2021年3月29日早上9點幾,已經過左繁忙時間的早上。。係門口叫服務員等帶位,接待門口嘅姐姐話入去自己搵位,仲正,自己揀位。。咁就入去隨便搵位坐啦,點知比一個服務員姐姐A好無耐性咁阻止我入去佢企個區,叫我去第二邊,我唔知係咪佢自己唔想做多野,趕走人。。咁我行去第二邊,全部枱未執,企係度嘅服務姐姐B就唔執我個張枱,咁我話落單先啦,佢又話未執枱唔幫我落單。咁佢又唔執我張枱,又唔比我落單,我重覆叫左幾次,大家同佢糾纏左10分鐘🙄,人都癲。。我覺得係呢間公司啲員工分區分工分化得太嚴重,其他員工得閒嘅,唔會去隔一條路幫手,會為左自己唔忙就掉啲客去另一區,由其他同事忙死,由客慢慢等。。我諗好多人食茶餐廳要求就係,快。而呢度好明顯做唔到,只係附近冇咩好食,冇得揀。😑食物其實不錯的但清潔度,衛生好令人擔心

咁我行去第二邊,全部枱未執,企係度嘅服務姐姐B就唔執我個張枱,咁我話落單先啦,佢又話未執枱唔幫我落單。咁佢又唔執我張枱,又唔比我落單,我重覆叫左幾次,大家同佢糾纏左10分鐘🙄,人都癲。
