To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入門口無職員帶位 唯有見空位自己行過去坐低，睇完餐牌示意叫職員落單 2,3個行過當睇唔到 明明無忙緊，第四個職員要舉手攔止先停低落單。叫左個是日精選肉燥雞扒飯，味道一般 汁味好淡好稀，食飯期間有幾隻蚊滋同烏蠅飛來飛去影響食慾，要自己撥走蚊蟲免得污染我午餐，食淨兩啖飯擺埋一邊無耐已經有蚊滋降落食我二手飯。門口寫有免費wifi供應但又唔公開貼係牆上面俾客人自由使用，特登問第一位職員攞密碼竟然話唔知。連職員都唔知咁客人又有咩可能會知？我唯有再問另一個先攞到個密碼。整體體驗好差！唔會再食
