To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

衛生意識好好好差既譚仔！首先本人坐「出餐」附近的位置，正正可以望到「出餐」過程！ 落單十分鐘後，望到廚房一位姐姐準備放一碗米線喺出餐嘅枱面，但唔小心將碗米線倒瀉大概三份一，之後佢竟然用佢唔知用咗幾耐嘅手套，「徒手」將倒瀉咗嘅食物放返係個碗入面🤢🤢，再倒返d湯入去！而樓面既姐姐都目睹整個過程！但都若無其事將碗米線放係我面前！我立刻講：「我唔會要碗米線！」佢只不過好冷淡咁講：「我換另一碗俾你啦。」之後我當然係無要（點知佢係唔係又係換湯不換藥）唔好講依家疫情！d食物跌係枱面（仲要係枱面下面/ 仲要用唔知用左幾耐既手套隨手拎起😨）都唔好俾客人，將心比心自己都唔會食！ *住附近一定唔會再去！
