星期六既行程🍍🍍🍍🍍就係行菠蘿山食菠蘿包😉🤩涼浸浸天氣岩哂行山行完直落去屯門三聖食海鮮三聖街比海鮮包圍 多到我有少少選擇困難呢度酒樓同買海鮮鋪係分開既 酒樓負責收到我地由對面海鮮街鋪買到既海鮮再加工幫我地處理同建議我地食法全面都好新鮮 即買即整即食👍🏻😋😋3個人叫左兩碟小菜連埋海鮮街買海鮮既錢 七百幾蚊鬆啲🌟#酒樓小菜-紅燒豆腐 豆腐配白飯世一😉🌟#帶子- 開邊蒜蓉粉絲蒸 熟透之後爆油滾熟蒜蓉帶出鮮香 再加啲芫荽點綴(就算屋企自己整我都係咁樣食法😉)🌟#大蟶子王唔知點解 用豉汁蒸蟶子 永遠覺得最夾味 而且清蒸比起炒最正同爽口彈牙 唔怕炒到老哂👍🏻🌟#貴妃蚌用上湯西芹同白蘿蔔煮 白蘿蔔索晒上湯同埋貴妃蚌嘅鮮味 煮林左之後超級鮮甜🧑🏻‍🍳🌟#砵酒焗桶蠔雖然食唔出有冧酒味 但酒樓處理得唔錯 呢種煮法屋企未食過 食落唔腥 👍🏻
