拖著疲憊沉重的身驅下班,又不想回家,決定跟好人找家居酒屋小酌聊天經常到訪的串燒店從渡船角開到灣仔來,現在宵夜毋須過海,十分方便店舖面積雖然不大,但裝修充滿日本居酒屋小店風味場內掛滿日式燈籠,飾櫃滿佈來自不同地方的日本酒先來一杯Suntory Premium Draft Beer碰碰杯烏龍燒酎味道清新易入口,相對其他烈酒更加適合與食物搭配川香肉碎燒茄子軟度適中不會一夾即散,加上微辣的肉碎及蒜,非常惹味燒娃娃菜加入上湯及秘制調味辣粉,味道香濃燒秘製雞中翼雞皮燒至金黃香脆,雞肉保持肉質鮮嫩,仍然鎖住肉汁大大隻的燒蘇格蘭蟶子王加入牛油,香滑又有嚼口汁燒穀飼一口牛比草飼更重油脂,作串燒一流炸麻辣雞軟骨酥炸香口,外脆軟骨醃得入味有口感汁燒一品鮑以自家製醬汁燒烤,又香又有鮮味
