To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食完隔離熱辣辣既mexiroll，想食返啲凍野見到隔離有凍既鹽水雞就狗衝了 😍👍🏻貓麵鹽水雞髀 $26有普通雞肉/雞胸好似平幾蚊咁，但我要食就食最好 😁✨可揀走雞皮（雖則咁做好唔尊重隻雞）- 店家真係都好尊重大家既抉擇，但我就選擇尊重隻雞 🤣✨調味適中惹味但唔太過鹹✨好慷慨仲送左兩塊仔粉皮😂 （有賣雞絲粉皮）即係佢唔小心撈埋入去見到其他人買雞絲粉皮差唔多價錢但都係好細盒，感覺叫隻雞脾仲抵，係見佢拎住成隻雞脾拆肉嫁 👍🏻
