食得多西餐,想食中菜,今日來試一間尖沙咀的高級中菜,是在粵曲中心的一樓,店內環境很優美,很有華裔特色「杏汁白肺湯」實不相瞞,其實這是我第一次食豬肺,想不到有驚喜,豬肺很新鮮,口感彈牙,有點像花膠的口感,味道不錯,杏汁湯超濃超香,正😄「即炸鹹蛋魚皮配苦瓜」魚皮是即炸的,超級脆!熱辣辣又脆卜卜🤤加上佈滿鹹蛋黃醬,食到停唔到口!另外配菜是鹹蛋黃醬炸苦瓜,非常之特別!「片皮鴨」白色的粉皮非常之薄,而且皮和皮之間都有一張薄紙,不會痴埋一齊,很有思心鴨腳這部分超脆,鴨皮肥美,又不會有太厚的脂肪,咬落有香香的鴨油味充滿整個口,肥大肉厚,正!貴花杏汁椰汁糕
