原本週二晚舊同學聚會約好咗半圍枱去灣仔新店「勝記酒家」食乳豬,點知有幾個都臨時有事唔黎得,結果只剩下小肥同兩位靚女師妹玩小圈子晚聚。冇落場時間o既「勝記」冷氣好足,且間隔開揚通爽。慣性早到o既XO仔埋位當然係要先啤一啤佢啦!大家要留意,大朝日啤酒每支$28,兩支則為特價$42,可慳成$14,即多過一個人o既$13晚市茶芥架。送上啤酒時,姨姨同時亦呈上花生小食俾細佬送酒,認真體貼。樓面o既服務生雖然都比較年長,但上上下下都一樣好客友善,實屬難得。等待小師妹到臨時,小肥師兄先獨自細閱餐牌。當中最有意思就係睇到兩頁有關飲食o既享酒詩句及廚藝三十六式。因深知女伴胃口不大,細佬就揸主意點咗個例牌乳豬、牛肉小食、同招牌炒麵,諗住唔夠食先再追加。勝記即燒乳豬($150/例):即燒乳豬紅噹噹,賣相極之吸引。打開蒸籠,粉綠色o既麵包薄片即散出煙霧,夠哂熱辣辣。乳豬皮層一啲肥膏都冇,入口鬆化香脆,連同軟熟o既麵包食,不需多點甜醬已夠美味可口,堅!蒜片牛仔粒($78):牛仔粒鬆潤惹味,送酒一流。招牌豉油皇炒麵($73):豉油皇炒麵真係可以用勁量級黎形容,因為除咗大碟之外,啲麵仲成座山咁高,好震撼!豉油皇炒麵
