通常收早就會到處去尋找美食,呢次去左佐敦知道有間出名食乳豬的新斗記當然要來試下啦!即燒乳豬(半隻)乳豬皮燒到脆卜卜,又熱辣辣又不油膩,皮又冇油脂痴住,師傅將皮和肉分開,肉又嫩滑,乳豬皮沾和肉沾上甜醬更加一流蒜香蟹飯上面有成隻蟹一起蒸,蟹的精華索晒落飯里面,飯蒸到好軟熟,又有蛋白的香味,蟹又蒸到剛剛好,蟹肉好鮮甜。糖心皮蛋果然中間真是糖心。啫啫什菜煲菜不會煮到過老,味道又夠濃郁😋蒜香無骨魚類似大條的九肚魚,魚肉嫩滑,只有中間一條魚骨,蒜味濃厚。最後送紅豆沙作結尾😁
