To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

真的不能不感慨老了, 記憶力也不比從前, 竟然連靠得住靚粥也忘了寫個食評給它.... 和男友二人點了: 鱔球粥($35): 鱔球很脆口, 粥底也很綿, 好吃!! 豬潤粥($35): 豬潤很滑, 但感覺上鱔球好像較為出色咸肉棕($15): 不錯的, 跟粥配在一起吃, 感覺良好$35一碗粥其實也蠻貴的, 不過其鱔球真的很好吃, 而且其他粥店較少有鱔球粥,還是值得來一試的!
