To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日屋企無水，就買外賣回家享用。經過大家樂，就想起一哥焗豬扒飯。一哥焗豬扒飯係大家樂嘅招牌菜，每次我都係食呢個，今次買多一個咖喱牛腩飯。一哥焗豬扒飯，唔跟嘢飲，要45元。豬扒飯最出名係塊豬扒夠晒厚，新鮮蕃茄、青豆、粟米粒、菠蘿，加上芝士和醬汁，撈埋炒飯底食一流。咖喱牛腩飯：入面有兩大舊薯仔，，牛腩就細細粒，覺得太少了。咖哩汁嘅辣度適中，又唔太辣，食落仲有椰香味道，又配上椰菜和紅蘿蔔絲，要52元如果我想食焗豬扒飯一定會食大家樂嘅一哥焗豬扒飯。
