To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾拜讀一篇報章訪問,說這裡的豚肉貨源,源自於山東的豬場。而他們是買了豬場來保持豚肉的貨源供應穩定,同時對其作管理,以便食材控制成本上維持在一定的低水平。要找和日本豚肉相似的不易,因為細嫩,有層次及多汁,如今這厚切豚肉確有多少相近,鮮嫩軟靭度都十分相似,是肉汁多少方面仍有區別。炸出來金黃,咬下香脆,若多點肉汁更好呢。配菜是中華沙律及南瓜,雖和日本的設定比是四不象,但加上自家算是得意之作的咖哩汁伴碟,亦算是清新,不過醬汁不及日式咖哩的那樣甜。這樣配搭組合算來得不錯,以此價錢來衡量,已經拿捏得有水準吧。
