To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行入去就聞到啲包包散發嘅香，個胃都開始唱歌。試咗間舖頭啲招牌原味Bagel同埋藍莓乾Scone，講真，咬落去嗰刻真係咁滋味👌！原味Bagel外皮香脆，裡面嘅麵糰又煙韌又彈牙，啖啖都有嚼勁，嗰種麵包本身嘅甜，同少少焦香味搞掂哂咯。藍莓乾Scone就真係攞嚟配茶夠哂冧啦！唔會太乾，啖啖藍莓乾嘅香甜，同scone本身嘅牛油香氣點綴，係嗰種叫人一嘗難忘嘅味道。中間我頂唔順，忍唔住叫咗杯凍檸茶，清新嘅口感正好中和啲麵包嘅豐富。大家見到呢一條街嘅時候，記得過嚟吓喎，真係冇嘥。個胃滿足得嚟，味蕾都開心幾晚㗎！🍰🥖🍞
