To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為一次食物衛生問題，很久沒有去「靠得住」。今天朋友來訪建議到奧海城的分店，我儘管再試。到店後發現店家已經把「取票輪候」取消掉，而回復原始時代的「排隊」等位。詢問店員，其主任聲稱取票輪候會造成噪音。對此真心嚇了一大跳，當全世界都發展手機取票時候，「靠得住」逆行潮流，浪費食客時間要求「真身排隊輪候」，一大奇觀耶！在同一個商場其他食肆如「金滿庭」可以手機app查閱輪候情況，以致「kabu」（會員）更可手機app取票輪候。註：在回覆我詢問時，店員態度不錯。
